    Hello my dears! Apologies for the lack of action on the blog this week. Between work and dealing with some developer headaches related to the blog rebrand, my intentions of checking in quickly were pushed to the wayside. That doesn’t mean you get to skip this week’s workout though. Nope!

    I know Mondays can be a bit tough, but they’re also super important for setting the tone of the week–so I’m thinking of starting a little Monday Mantra tradition. Just a few inspiring words or images to get us going, focus our intentions, set goals and help us feel motivated and ready to make the most of each week. Plus, it’d be a great way to cheer each other on.
