Squat Jump | Push-up + Side Plank | Side Lunge + Knee Tuck | Split Jump | Spiderman Plank Jack | Bicep Curl

Well good morning, friends! The hubs and I are packing our bags and heading to Tahoe for some skiing, snow shoeing and hot tubbing this weekend–and depending on what the snow is like, we may decide to stay up there all week and just work from the comforts of our ski condo. Intermittent dips in the hot tub after crossing a few things off my to-do list? Don’t mind if I do.

I hope you enjoy this week’s workout! I’ll be sweating up next week’s from the resort gym at some point over the next few days. I have a feeling that high-intensity interval training at elevation is going to be like the most fun ever. :/
